In 1991, Dr. Branfman established THE VICTORIA PLASTIC SURGERY CENTER. Prior to his arrival, a large region of South Texas was without a plastic surgeon. Patients requiring or desiring these specialized services were inconvenienced by the need to travel out of town.
Today, our patients extend clear across South Texas, and frequently include out of town guests from Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi.
