Dr. Robinson has been in practice for over 20 years. He specializes in cosmetic surgery and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has been a member of the prestigious American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, of which there are only 2400 members. During his fellowship in Plastic Surgery, Dr. Robinson studied under Dr. Leonard Weiner, a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon’s "Blue Ribbon Board.” This is the board which went to Paris in 1981 and brought back the revolutionary and – at that time – controversial procedure of LIPOPLASTY. Dr. Robinson has been performing liposuction for over 25 years and has stayed abreast of the many innovations in this exciting field.

The most current advance is VibroMatic liposelection by Euromi. This technique includes tumescent fluids containing the local anesthesia, homogenous distribution of the anesthesia and subsonic emulsion of the fat cells. The much gentler technology permits most patients to gain great results, with minimal down time, e.g. 2-5 days. The less invasive procedure, local anesthesia, and targeted areas, permits liposelection to be done in the office, free of stress and possible hospital born infections. These procedures are integrated with lifestyle changes to prolong the good results.
Dr. Robinson's training consists of:
• An M.D. degree from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, TX
• One year of Family Practice residency, Des Moines, IA
• Four years of General Surgery Residency in Norfolk, VA
• Two years of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the University of Louisville, KY
• American Medical Association's Physicians Achievement Award each year since 1987, forcontinuing education in medicine

Dr. Robinson’s one year of family practice residency has given him a broader and more holistic understanding of the patient, their world, their expectations, and how to maintain these enhancements to their life.

Dr. Robinson’s missionary work has taken him to the Ukraine, as well as Central and South America, on numerous occasions to surgically repair cleft lips and palates and to instruct other surgeons in reconstructive surgery.
