Dr. McHughDr. Thomas P. McHugh of Houston, Texas received his medical degree and served his internship and residency in General Surgery at Wayne State University, Detroit, in the early 1980s. He then completed his residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, from 1988 to 1991. During that time, he became Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery.

Dr. McHugh runs his plastic surgery in Houston, has been in private practice since 1991 and was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1993.
