Established in 1992 by Dr. Diane Gibby, The Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery focuses on women's special health care needs before, during, and after surgery. We strive to provide optimal medical care in a warm and caring environment so you can feel confident in achieving your goals.

At the Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery, we understand that each patient's surgery can be a major, life-changing experience. We want to establish a relationship that is trusting and centered around your needs and expectations, and will fully discuss procedures and anticipated results prior to surgery. With any surgical procedure, there are some risks, which will be thoroughly discussed prior to scheduling surgery.

These sophisticated cosmetic procedures are performed by Dr. Gibby in an atmosphere that is very relaxing, private, and personalized. The Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery is an accredited ambulatory care facility which offers women the convenience of day surgery for outpatient surgical procedures. The fully equipped, state-of-the-art operating room is staffed by trained surgical and recovery room professionals. For surgical procedures requiring a hospital stay, you will be admitted to one of the hospitals with which Dr. Gibby is affiliated.

The Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery is certified by The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). Established in 1980, the AAAASF was designed to help provide patients with the assurance of safety and quality in all aspects of their outpatient surgery experience. Facilities accredited by the AAAASF must meet stringent national standards for equipment, operating safety, personnel and surgeon credentials. Our goal is to provide the utmost in safety and quality of care for our patients in the outpatient surgery environment. In addition, we employ only board certified anesthesiologists who are available to answer any questions you have about anesthesia and medications prior to surgery. They will provide your anesthetic care during surgery and assist with recovery following your surgical procedure.


Diane Gibby, M.D., P.A., F.A.C.S Licensed in Texas, Dr. Diane Gibby is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and the founder of The Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), American Medical Association (AMA), Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons (TSPS), Dallas County Medical Society (DCMS) and the Board Certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons of Dallas.
